Every spring in NYC, the flower beds by the bike lane on the West Side Highway burst forth with more daffodils than you can believe. They last for a couple of weeks and then they’re gone… but while they last, they are just so beautiful, and I look forward to their blooms through the cold winter. Once they bloom, I head out with my watercolors and paint them from life.

This is an original watercolor on paper with a straight edge. The painting comes unframed (11”x14”), and professional framing is available (bringing the overall size to approx 17”x20”). If you’d like to have it framed, choose that option below and I will mock up a few options for you—natural wood, metallic, colored lacquer, etc.
