Bonjour from Provence! This painting was made during an artist residency in the south of France this summer (2026) with the Leo Marchutz School of Painting and Drawing, my fourth summer painting in the landscape and by the Mediterranean. I painted this from life, "en plein air," as the French say; no photo references, simply looking at the subject while painting it. A challenging, exhilarating experience! 

This is an original triptych watercolor on paper, made up of three pieces of 11” x 14” paper set side-by-side to act as one piece, and framed in a natural wood frame. The overall size is 18” x 37”.
