This painting was made in my Brooklyn studio based off of a painting I made while on this Puerto Rican painting trip. Working from a painting made en plein air in the studio means the subject remains the same but the variables of plein air painting—changing light, wind, people moving, etc—are gone, making the experience entirely different.

Original oil painting on canvas. This is a diptych, two 16”x20” canvases put together to make one; the two are framed together in one frame. The painting size is 20”x32”; overall size framed is approx 21”x33”. This painting comes framed in a natural oak floating frame and is ready to hang.

Free pick-up offered for addresses around NYC and near Charlottesville, Richmond, and Williamsburg, VA; this is automatically done at checkout and we can arrange pick-up via email. Otherwise, a $100 shipping and handling fee will be applied at checkout.
