This painting was made en plein air off of the coast of the Atlantic from San Juan, Puerto Rico, where I spent a week in February to escape NYC’s frigid temperatures. There are several other paintings in the series of this same view, all a bit different; this was the second painting I made from a spot called Escambron Beach.

Original oil painting on canvas. This is a diptych, two 12”x16” canvases put together to make one; the two are framed together in one frame. The painting size is 16”x24”; overall size framed is approx 17”x25”. This painting comes framed in a natural oak floating frame and is ready to hang.
