Looking for something custom and simple and beautiful and lovely?? You’re in the right place. I’m now offering custom line drawings!

These drawings are made the way I’d want them done if they were for me or for a friend: no approvals or check-ins or progress shots along the way. The drawing I make may or may not capture the likeness of the reference photo you provide.

All line drawings are 11”x14” and the default is black ink on white heavy paper. I might be able to do another color ink (red, green, blue, pink, yellow, etc); ask and I can let you know (one ink color per drawing).

These drawings work especially well for portraits (bust-up, as shown), pets (again, bust-up), and a few other subjects. Sometimes architecture works well; depends. Groups of people, not so great. Simple is better!! But sometimes there are exceptions!! If you’re not sure if what you have in mind will lend itself to a line drawing, send me an email (lucyclarespooner@gmail.com) with the reference photo and I’ll let you know what I think.
