Springtime in NYC means the flower beds around the city—by the water, on the side streets, everywhere—begin bursting with tulips in every color you can imagine. I look forward to their blooms all winter and head out to paint them from life when they start opening up.

This is an original watercolor on paper with a straight edge. The painting comes unframed (11”x14”), and professional framing is available (bringing the overall size to approx 17”x20”).
