This ink drawing is from a series made for “Virginia Wildlife,” a solo show at Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury in Irvington, VA. You may know that I turn to the wildlife of my home state of Virginia for much of my inspiration, and the impetus for this show was no different. I made the drawings in sumi ink, a lovely black calligraphy ink, on watercolor paper and then painted a colorful border around the drawing in the same colors as are found in the drawing.

This original drawing with watercolor border can come unframed (11”x14”) or framed in a non-professional birch frame (16”x20”). USPS First-Class shipping is included for unframed work; local delivery is included for framed work or I will send a quote for shipping.
